This SEN-Moisture offers an optimal result with its two long probes and is suitable for an irrigation system, for example. The soil moisture sensor is easy to handle. The two big bare pads are used as probes for the sensor and serve as a variable resistance. The more water is in the ground, the better is the conductivity, this leads to a lower resistance and a higher voltage is outputted.
Compatible with: Arduino, Raspberry Pi (with ADC KY053-Modul), etc.
