Return conditions

For Consumers (purchases at www.lemona.lv)

The buyer – consumer – has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the receipt of the product, without stating a reason, by informing the seller in writing.

The product may be:

• returned to the SIA Lemona Latvija store (Krasta iela 105, Rīga, LV-1019), or
• sent by courier to the address: SIA Lemona Latvija, Krasta iela 105, Rīga, LV-1019, attaching a return form or proof of purchase.

If the product is sent back by courier, the delivery costs are covered by the buyer.

When returning the product in the store, the purchase document (VAT invoice or receipt) must be presented.

After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery and service costs are not refundable.

The returned product must be:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• in the original packaging, including all components, instructions and warranty documents.

The buyer is responsible for the complete set of returned goods. If the product is incomplete or damaged, the seller may refuse the return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods manufactured according to individual instructions, specially ordered goods, or goods ordered from supplier catalogues;
• perishable goods;
• goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• goods that after delivery have been inseparably mixed with other goods;
• unsealed audio or video recordings or software.

If the customer refuses the product after it has been dispatched, the delivery costs and other delivery-related expenses will not be refunded.


Information for Lemona Latvija SIA customers with cooperation agreements

These rules apply to legal entities that have concluded a cooperation agreement with Lemona Latvija SIA.

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia governing obligations, the terms of the concluded agreement and the internal procedures of the company.

Customers with a cooperation agreement may be granted a 14-day return option from the date of delivery of the goods, provided that this does not contradict the terms of the individual agreement.

Only goods that meet all of the following conditions may be accepted for return:

• purchased from the Lemona Latvija SIA warehouse;
• not specially ordered or ordered from supplier catalogues;
• not included in the list of non-returnable goods;
• unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with full комплектation.

Before returning the goods, the customer must contact Lemona Latvija SIA and obtain confirmation. Goods sent without prior agreement may be refused.

The customer covers:

• delivery costs of the goods;
• return transportation costs;
• proper packaging and delivery of the goods.

Lemona Latvija SIA reserves the right to evaluate each return case individually.

If the return is approved, an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods will be applied, but not less than EUR 5. The fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Lemona Latvija SIA may refuse the return of goods if the conditions are not met or if the goods are not suitable for resale.

These rules do not apply to warranty cases where a manufacturing or quality defect of the product is detected.
