Warranty conditions

The warranty is intended for goods purchased from SIA "Lemona Latvija".

The warranty starts from the date of sale/handover of the product, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

All warranty conditions are applied in accordance with consumer protection laws. The buyer has the right to submit a report or file a claim regarding the non-compliance of the product with the requirements and discovered damage to the product within the statutory period of the Seller's responsibility, i.e. within 24 (twenty-four) months from the moment of purchase of the product.

If the goods are used to ensure the Buyer's business or commercial activity, the consumer rights protection legislation does not apply to the goods warranty and the Buyer has the right to submit a report or file a claim regarding the non-compliance of the goods and discovered damage to the goods within 12 (twelve) months from the moment of purchase of the goods, unless in the contract not otherwise specified.

Before starting to use the product, it is necessary to carefully read its warranty conditions, instructions for use, the purchase document of the product must be kept throughout the warranty period.

The main characteristics and warranty period of each product sold by the Seller are indicated in the description of the product in the online store www.lemona.lv.

The warranty may not be valid if the warranty conditions below and/or the device's user manual are violated.

Important: Before using the product, carefully read the following warranty conditions and instructions for use. During the warranty period of the device, it is necessary to keep the purchase document.

Warranty obligations are terminated in the following cases

  1. In the event of malfunctions caused by natural elements (lightning, floods, earthquakes, fires), inappropriate operating conditions, the user's intention or carelessness;
  2. If malfunctions occur due to illegal, inappropriate voltage sources, electrical network malfunctions;
  3. Damage caused by foreign bodies entering the device, sand, liquid (corrosion, oxidation), food, insects, etc.; not complying with the rules of use of the device provided in the user manual of the device;
  4. Damages that occurred after purchase, when the device falls, hits, or during the transportation of the device, when the device is transported by the customer himself;
  5. The damage that occurred was repaired by an unauthorized service employee/person of the manufacturer.

Warranty obligations are not valid in such cases

  1. The device was deliberately damaged, disassembled;
  2. The device is broken due to installation of illegal programs, hacking.
  3. If the malfunction or malfunction of the product is caused by the operation of virus programs.
  4. If the failure occurred using raw materials, accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
  5. The device was used without observing the instructions for use and the terms of the warranty card.

Delivery of the product for warranty repair

Errors caused by the fault of the manufacturer during the provision of warranty service are corrected within 7-28 calendar days from the delivery of the product to the warranty service provider.

If the part required for the warranty repair must be delivered from abroad or the product is delivered to the manufacturer, the warranty service period may be longer than 28 days. In all cases, the goal is to perform the warranty service in the shortest possible time.

Product warranty service is performed by UAB "Lemona" Warranty Service Department.
