The latest edition in the popular minicomputer Raspberry Pi version A+. This model features a more efficient processor Broadcom BCM2837B0 quad-core 64-bit ARM-8 Cortex-A53 with a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz. In addition, the board has dual band display wi-fi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, Bluetooth 4,2 / BLE. The model is a simplified version of 3B+. Has one USB socket, 40 GPIO, microSD card connectors, connector for DSI and CSI, and four mounting holes.

The picture and sound
Raspberry Pi has HDMI connector, version 1.4, through which you can send picture and sound. In addition, the tile was equipped with a 4-pin Jack 3.5 mm, to which you can connect headphones, speakers or display video through a standard RCA Composite. The device supports H. 264 compression format (1080p30) and graphics OpenGL ES 1.1 and 2.0.
Operating system
A drive of the raspberry is a microSD memory card. The operating system can be uploaded via the computer with the reader. In our store are available cards with the installed NOOBs software which with the first activation enables choosing from the systems: Raspbian, Openelec, RaspBMC, OSMC the Linux. Raspberry Pi A+ is compatible with the operating system from the NOOBs version 2.9.0.
Communication
Raspberry has the main communication interfaces which can be found in office computers of class PC. In addition to the previously listed connectors for audio and video, the user has at his or her disposal:
- one USB connector, to which can be connected, for example, a mouse, a keyboard, a wi-fi card or USB flash drive. If you find that the slots are too short, you can increase their number using an external USB HUB.
- the wi-fi module - allows to connect to the wireless network of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, 802.11 b/g/n/ac - the latest system Raspbian / NOOBs has built-in drivers
- Bluetooth 4.2 provides data transfer through the interface
- GPIO - outputs/inputs with general purpose that can be used to control the LEDs, buttons, drivers of engines. Among them are the contacts supporting interfaces: I2C, SPI and UART.
Power
As a power source, the system uses the microUSB connector. The manufacturer recommends that the voltage indicated on the plug had a value of 5 V, and current of the used adapter shall not be less than 2.5 A. Our assortment has only special power supplies.
