Sonoff 5050RGB-5M is a waterproof and self-adhesive RGB LED strip powered by 12 V. SMD5050 diodes allow you to choose the lighting color from a huge palette of 16 million colors. The tape is 5 m long and can be extended to 10 m or cut to a shorter length.

Thanks to it, you can create remotely controlled LED lighting in your home that you can install anywhere. The diodes are controlled via the eWeLink application, which must be installed on the phone. It's free and available on Android and iOS.

Simple assembly and waterproof design

The durable and flexible LED strip can be bent and cut to suit your own idea. It can be cut every 10 cm in designated places, and thanks to the self-adhesive tape you can mount it wherever you want. The IP65 certificate allows it to be attached even in places exposed to moisture.

Convenient lighting control

You can control the tape in several ways. By connecting it to the eWeLink application, you have access to it from anywhere in the world with Internet access. In addition to the application, there is also a remote control (not included) with which you can change the light color and turn the tape on and off. Importantly, you also have the option of voice control thanks to compatibility with voice assistants such as Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa.

Lighting up to the rhythm of the music

Another very interesting function of the tape is that it lights up in time with the music playing nearby. Thanks to this, you will create a great atmosphere at home, e.g. during a party.

To enable this function, connect to the tape via the eWeLink application and select the audio recognition option there. To activate pairing mode, you need to press the power button on the remote control for 5 seconds. Sound recognition works thanks to the microphone built into the controller.

Sampling color from the environment

The application has the function of downloading color from the surroundings. This is done using the phone's camera. Just go to the appropriate option in the application, point the camera at a specific object and download the selected color.
