Rebel Tools RB-838.2 Multimeter Rebel Tools are devices designed to assist DIY enthusiasts in carrying out minor repairs independently. Recognizing that good power tools are not everything, this series has been expanded to include a range of measuring devices. These include universal and clamp multimeters whose functions allow for measuring various physical values, including AC and DC voltage and current, enabling, for example, the detection of faults in electrical installations. Furthermore, depending on the model, Rebel Tools multimeters allow for temperature measurement, circuit continuity checks, and testing of diodes and hFE transistors. Don't need a multi-functional device? Choose one of two voltage indicators, which enable AC/DC voltage measurement. Renovations often require working with plaster. Therefore, the Rebel Tools series also includes a 3-in-1 detector for detecting metals, voltage, and wood. This device will tell you where you can safely drill a hole in the wall to mount a picture or shelf without worrying about damaging the electrical installation. That's not the end of the Rebel Tools measuring devices! Also available is a telephone line tester, informing about shorts, breaks, and reversed wires. Need broader functionality? Choose a wire pair finder, which, in addition to testing telephone cables, also allows for testing network cables, performing continuity tests, and locating wires. With Rebel Tools, you can also forget about the classic ruler – the series includes a laser distance meter with an 18-meter range. Noteworthy are the additional functions of this rangefinder, including a level and measurement of surface area or volume. The Rebel Tools measuring device series is completed by battery testers that allow testing of 9V, AAA, AA, C, D, and button cell batteries.
