Retail Key Account Manager

Requirements for candidates

  • Have a higher education;
  • Have 2+ years of proven experience managing retail clients, preferably in sectors: DIY, electronics, home improvement, tools, food chains or similar.
  • Are motivated by challenges, organized, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Are responsible, consistent, and results-oriented;
  • Have English language skills at B2 level or higher and good computer literacy;
  • Have a valid drivers license.

We will entrust you with these tasks:

  • Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with existing and potential B2B clients;
  • Making decisions and executing sales while considering different customer needs;
  • Assessing client sales potential and preparing commercial offers;
  • Introducing and implementing new products.

€2500 - 4300

Papildu informācija:  The compensation system is based on actual sales performance – the monthly salary "ceiling" depends on specific results.
